Kerry L. Dijoseph
Kerry L. DiJoseph, Esq. joined Rice & Quattrone, PC after 25 years of service as a prosecutor for the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office.  Throughout her career, Kerry fought diligently for victims in court and obtained millions of dollars in restitution.  Kerry brings her passion for helping crime victims, along with her litigation and advocacy skills, to the practice of estate and long-term planning.  Kerry focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, guardianship, and long-term care planning (including planning for Medicaid).
 
Prior to joining the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, she served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Isiah Steinberg, J.S.C., retired.  Kerry graduated from Stockton State University in 1991 and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University in 1994.   During law school, Kerry was editor of The Advocate and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy.  She also attended Notre Dame Law School’s summer program in London, England.  Kerry is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and has practiced law since 1994.  She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Elder Law Section and the National Association of Attorney’s General.
